What will I receive after purchase?

How do I download and install my software?
For Microsoft Office, go to office.com/setup or use our provided download link. Sign in with your Microsoft account or create one, enter your product key when prompted, click “Install Office”, and follow the on-screen instructions.
For Windows, download the Windows installation media from Microsoft, create a bootable USB or DVD, install Windows on your computer, enter your product key during installation, and complete the setup process.

Can I use my license key on multiple computers?
It depends on the product. Microsoft Office 2024 perpetual licenses can be installed on 1 PC or Mac per license, and can be transferred to a new device by deactivating the old one. Microsoft 365 Personal subscriptions allow 1 user on 5 devices simultaneously, while Microsoft 365 Family allows up to 6 users with 5 devices each. Windows licenses can be installed on 1 device per license and can be transferred to new hardware after deactivation. Each product listing includes specific device allowances.
What if my product key doesn’t work?
If you experience activation issues, first double-check the key to ensure there are no typos (avoid confusing 0 with O, or 1 with I). Check your internet connection as activation requires online verification. Then contact us immediately at contact@danpe.shop and we’ll verify and resolve the issue within 30 minutes. Common solutions include providing a replacement key if there’s an issue, having our tech team troubleshoot activation problems, or offering phone activation assistance for offline scenarios. All issues are resolved quickly – we guarantee it.
Are your licenses genuine and legal?

After activation, open your Microsoft product (Office or Windows), go to File then Account for Office or Settings then System then About for Windows, and view your activation status which will show “Product Activated”. You can also contact Microsoft support directly and they’ll confirm authenticity. Genuine licenses will always verify successfully with the manufacturer.
Will I receive official updates from Microsoft?
